The Foresight–MFLC Supervision course supports people responsible for coordinating the work of others.
It focuses on maintaining delivery, supporting individuals, and guiding teams when time, information, or resources are limited.
The course provides a structured approach to supervision that helps participants lead clearly, respond to pressure constructively, and ensure work continues without unnecessary friction.
It emphasises the importance of sustaining high performance while keeping individuals, teams, and organisations healthy, capable, and ready to recover or adapt as demands change.
Participants leave with immediately applicable methods, tools, and techniques that improve their ability to supervise with confidence and care.
